3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor differences in design or packaging may occur. If you believe a product has been described inaccurately, please contact us.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If a pricing or description error is found after you order, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Safe use of products

Our products include fitness and electrical items. Please:

read and follow any instructions or safety information supplied with the product,
check that equipment is in good condition before each use,
stop using any product that appears damaged or faulty, and
speak to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new exercise program.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. To the extent permitted by law, you use our products at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers and couriers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
